Overcome Pain Tips When Childbirth

To cope with pain during labor, try to apply the following tips:

During the contraction, try to take a position like crawling on the mat.
This position reduces the pressure of the baby's head against your spine. In this all fours, hands and back lurukan. When the contraction is complete, put lots of pillows to prop your head.

When the contractions started again, get rid of the pillows so that you can go back on all fours again.
Ask your partner to massage your lower back, or compress your back with warm water in between times of contraction. Use talc or petroleum jelly as a lubricant when massaging.
Move and hold in between each contraction. This will help you to overcome the pain during labor. When the contractions, choose the most comfortable position.
Keep your back upright position, both while standing, sitting, or other positions. Point to the baby's head remains in the cervix properly, so the contractions are happening more and more powerful and effective.
Concentrate on your breathing, to calm and reduce pain.
Sing or bersuaralah when pain arises to release your pain. However, do not be too hard to avoid wasting energy that is you need when spending the baby later.
Concentrate on each contraction. Do not think of pain or fear for the next contraction. Try to view the contraction as a wave that must be followed to achieve when the baby's expenses.
Urinate as often as possible in order to not block bladder contractions.
If necessary, you can ask for the epidural anesthesia to relieve pain.
An epidural is anesthesia to reduce pain by creating a temporary immune nerves in the lower body. Epidural should be given just enough, so that the second stage of labor (ie, expenditures stage infants), anesthesia was already disappearing. If anesthesia is not disappearing at stage 2, then the baby may be spending longer and may have to do an episiotomy (cutting out the vagina to the baby through the birth canal wider) or assistive devices should be used forceps to deliver the baby.
